My Simson KR 50 is built in 1962 and still in the original condition. He was restored, ie split, cleaned and lubricated. There are new tires, tire treads and tubes, but not because they had left, but because they were porous. With its 1900 original miles, the KR 50 is retracted straight times. The paint is original.
The KR 50 in the original state is a store of value, the value increases from year to year, because there are not more of it.
