It's a throttle kit installed the machine can hit with full power and speed up to the speed limit. Is TÜV approved and into the registration certificate - The moped must be driven with the M driver's license!
The condition is good, but a few minor scratches on the left side due to a slight fall. As seen on the mileage it was hardly driven and has been well maintained.
