Moped papers and throttling are available but not installed because it has now no longer needed Autofhrerschein. Immediately installed and thus mobile as a moped with Mofafhrerschein. Insurance plates available until next year
Roller runs unthrottled 60 km / h with moped throttle about 33 - 35 km / h depending on rider weight.
Since I was driving car it should not rot in the garage but make someone else joy.
Battery is new from 2012.
