We had bought the scooter new from a dealer and used only for our motorhome. Hence the low mileage. Originally, the scooter was used at 45 kph. Since our daughter wanted to ride scooters, we have let the umrsten expensive scooter as a moped. The scooter can thus be used as a scooter and a moped. He is currently registered as a moped. The scooter is in top order and can be used immediately.
