Maico GS 490 T 1981-1982 model in absolutely top restored condition. Motor was complete. disassembled, all threads are ok and nothing on the block is welded. New parts: bearings, conrods, pistons, Mahle (choice), various gears, clutch basket, clutch, clutch plates, clutch cover, kick starter - wave - Segment - drive wheels. All other parts on the engine and are in mint condition! It's built a modern 12 volt Ignition, hence the kick fails when it does not start back to results and Maico jumps Fri Year at her very well. The chassis is complete. disassembled, being edited, stored, sealed. Frame, swingarm, forks, shock springs are new powder coating. Using many new parts that Maico was built with love and know-how from more than 25 years together and is now waiting for their new owners / lovers.
Certainly not cheap, but DAFR really and absolutely great with a 2 year guarantee und of course, also 2 years TUV!
Maico GS 490 T 1981-1982 model perfect rebuilded. The engine was splited in all parts. All skrews, bolts and cases are in very good condition and not welded. New engine parts are: bearings, conrod kit, Mahle piston (choice), some gears, clutch basket, clutch hub, clutch plates, clutch cover, kick start spindle-wheels segment. All other engine parts are used, but like new. We have used a modern ignition 12 volts, so there is no kickback and this Maico starts real good. The frame was splited so cpl. in all parts. Frame swingarm, fork legs, rear shock springs are new poder coated. We used many new parts to rebuild the bike. All other used parts are like new! We put this together with Maico all our know-how from more than 25 years maico business. This special Maico 490 GS is waiting now for her new owner ....
